Terms and Conditions


During the first 15 minutes of the session, a pop-up window will appear on the screen of the participant.


  • "Are you satisfied so far with the training session?"
  • There would be a 5-star rating for the participant to rate
  • If the participant gives 2 stars or less, "would you like to leave the session?" if yes, the participant exits the session and the system will notify the trainer that a participant just left the session.
  • Outside the session, the participant will answer a questionnaire (3 basic questions)
    1. What is the reason you left the session?
    2. Would you like to look for another trainer or course?
    3. Would you like to have a refund of your payment?
  • Refund on your payment applies
